This Visual Associate role is responsible for setting up and maintaining in-store displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal directives to ensure a strong visual presentation. The role also involves ensuring the sales floor is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience. Key tasks include monitoring stock levels, replenishing merchandise, executing window displays, promotional setups, and marketing campaigns. The Visual Associate will work closely with store management and sales associates to support visual changes and maintain brand consistency, adhering to corporate visual merchandising standards and brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain in-store displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal directives to ensure strong visual presentation.
• Ensure the sales floor is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and replenish merchandise regularly while ensuring proper product rotation.
• Execute window displays, promotional setups, and marketing campaigns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work closely with store management and sales associates to support visual changes and maintain brand consistency.
• Follow corporate visual merchandising standards and ensure all displays reflect brand identity and guidelines.
