The Palo Alto Art Center is seeking a Visitor Services and Facilities Coordinator to provide exceptional visitor and customer service support to the community. This role will also support the Art Center's revenue-generating facility rentals by providing information to the public, introducing the community to rental spaces, booking facilities in the reservation system, and following up with renters. Additionally, this position oversees scheduling for the House Manager hourly staff who support facility rentals.
