This is a seasonal, hourly position ($16/hour) from July to September. The role requires flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and evening shifts as needed. The Visitor Services Associate connects with visitors from various backgrounds to ensure a positive customer service experience, addresses complaints, and provides service recovery. They rotate between posts in the River Journey and Ocean Journey buildings, maintaining knowledge of each area to assist and educate visitors and ensure efficient operations. This role also involves managing visitor flow, ensuring animal and visitor safety at touch tanks, communicating via two-way radio, addressing large groups with a microphone, and upholding safety protocols, including assisting during emergencies.
