The Visitor Services Assistant provides front-line visitor services and operational support for the Jim Crow Museum. This position helps create a welcoming, respectful, organized, and educational experience for all museum visitors from arrival through departure. Primary responsibilities include greeting and orienting visitors, assisting with admissions and ticketing, responding to visitor questions, providing information about museum policies and exhibits, supporting group arrivals and special events, monitoring public spaces, and assisting with the museum's daily operations. This is a part-time position limited to no more than 28 hours per week.
