The NAISE Summer Student program offers a theoretical study opportunity titled: "Controlling Proton Migration Kinetics via Terahertz-Driven Nonlinear Phononics in Perovskite-Based Oxide". This position requires theoretical modeling of phonons based on first-principles calculations. The entirety of the appointment must be conducted within the United States. Applicants must be 18 years or older at the time the appointment begins and must be currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies at an accredited institution, or have graduated from an accredited institution within the past 3 months, or be actively enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution.
