Responsibilities
- Investigate regulatory elements within the 3’ untranslated regions (3’UTRs) of protein-coding genes by integrating various genomic databases, high-throughput sequencing datasets, and predictive models.
- Develop a genome-wide computational framework to systematically detect and interpret 3’UTR variants with potential functional impacts on gene regulation.
- Prepare manuscripts for publication.
- Assist with grant proposals and progress reports to support project funding.
