About The Position

This position supports and facilitates the execution of internal and third party key functions and processes including those related to the allocation of internal and external resources, internal and external service and resource development, client services team and organizational support. Maintains high client satisfaction standards through communication with partners and client services team. The Resource Manager is responsible for recruitment, onboarding and strategic management of third party partner relationships across target verticals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • A minimum of three years related experience in project and/or resource management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, external partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project/process management skills from creation/initiation through project close.
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with community organizations, public stakeholders, third-party resources, client personnel and employees at all organizational levels and to develop effective working relationships with staff and a network of technical resources.

  • Experience in third party sourcing, partnerships and development of those relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, maintains and oversees IMEC’s 3rd party resource process in its entirety with direction from Client Services Manager to include: researching, vetting/qualifying, sourcing new resources, data collection, reporting, information for sharing with IMEC team, onboarding of resources with IMEC expectations, follow-up on resource issues, monitoring performance and client satisfaction of resources, and conducting resource feedback sessions along with appropriate recognition
  • Monitors resource commitments and utilization for internal and external resources.
  • Coordinates with the Client Services Manager and assists in overall resource scheduling process to best utilize the IMEC team for optimal results.
  • Identifies and communicates professional development needs of IMEC team and 3rd party resources.
  • Acts as liaison between the Client Services Manager, 3rd party resources, HR Manager and IMEC team.
  • Provides leadership to build 3rd party resource relationships and processes which are critical to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the Client Services Manager.
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion.
  • Work closely with other IMEC Leadership for internal services and 3rd party recognition and awards on an annual basis.
  • Support Client Service Manager and Client Services Team in updates to new services and existing service kits including powerpoint updates, presentation materials, handouts, whitepapers, training of internal staff, BOX organization, attendance at meetings as needed, etc.
  • Provides research support for projects as identified by the Client Services Manager, which may include review of project status, follow-up and documentation as needed.
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Client Services Manager, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature, determining appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Works closely with Leadership to improve internal processes and project management.
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
