About The Position

Responsible for removing brake shoes from the E-Coat Line and placing them on the vision system conveyor. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong emphasis on safety and maintaining a clean work area. The position involves continuous standing for 8-12 hours, lifting up to 25lbs, and repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting. The work environment is production-oriented, requiring specific protective gear and exposure to noise, heat, humidity, and various industrial fluids.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to work well with others
• Must be able stand continuously for 8-12 hrs.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs.
• Must be able to bend, twist and lift repetitively
• Ability to work in tight places
• Good hand/eye coordination and good motor skills
• Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations

Responsibilities

• Removing parts from E-Coat Racks
• Places parts on vision system conveyor correctly and Grind rack
• Always keep work area clean
• Always work in a safe manner
• Other job duties may be assigned by supervisor
