Must have the ability to use scanning equipment and inventory software.

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of tasks under close supervision in the operation.
Follows guidelines based on work instructions, scan guns, and reports.
Reads work instructions to sub-assemble automotive components/parts.
Ensures accurate assembly of components and parts through close attention to detail.
Accurately scans and counts material and parts.
Scans parts and places them into tubs according to customer requirements.
Performs light assembly.
Uses small, powered hand tools.
May be trained to assist with stocking or kitting.
Performs general audits, counts, builds, repacks, and tags parts.
Reports any issues to team lead, quality technician or supervisor.
Identifies damage and reports shortages or quality deficiencies.
Complies with company policies and guidelines.
Helps maintain a safe and orderly work environment in the facility.
Cleans workstation, including sweeping, trash pickup, and returning equipment to its original place.
Performs other duties as required.
