About The Position

As a region lead trainer, you’re passionate about delivering innovative and effective training in exciting and divers e ways. You understand that learning styles vary, and your passion lies in helping people grasp new information to prepare them for mission success. Bring your enthusiasm for delivering integrated virtual training programs to the U.S. Army across the Eastern Region. You’ll coordinate, deconflict, and schedule in-person and virtual training for our Army customer, staff, and units through live audience instruction and customized scenario-based training exercises. This will include loading and unloading equipment, as well as setup and takedown in support of training delivery. You will also be responsible for transporting equipment to conduct training. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and deep understanding of simulation systems and collaborate with commander s and unit leaders to develop creative solutions that address mission-critical challenges. In this role, you’ll have access to cutting-edge technologies, including platforms like Virtual Battlespace Simulation, including VBS3 or VBS4, MMTS, truck simulators, and augmented training environments to enhance e nga gement and readiness. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in military or civilian training environments, including using advanced simulation training platforms such as VBS3, VBS4, or MMTS
  • Knowledge of Army Reserve Command structures, Collective Task Training standards, and Combined Arms Training Strategies ( CATS )
  • Ability to supervise and manage a 13-member training team across multiple states
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 75% of the time to support training efforts
  • Ability to load cases up to 50 lbs into a vehicle to support off-site training requirements
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have a valid U.S. issued driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing and delivering tailored training programs aligned with Commander s’ Training Objectives and utilizing the Army Training Network ( ATN ) framework
  • Knowledge of logistical operations and sustainment processes for high-tech simulation and training equipment
  • Ability to evaluate emerging threats and design simulation-based training scenarios that mimic real-world operational environments, including terrain, ports, airfields, and critical infrastructure
  • Master’s degree in a related field such as Management, Training and Development, or Military Sciences
  • Simulation Platforms or Instructional Met hodologies Certifications such as Association of Talent Development ( ATD ) or equivalent Military Certification s
