Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of remote insurance sales agents across Canada
• Provide daily coaching, encouragement, and accountability to team members
• Assist in onboarding and training new agents joining the team
• Track team activity, pipeline metrics, and enrollment results via CRM reporting
• Support agents during virtual client presentations and complex situations
• Maintain personal sales activity alongside team leadership responsibilities
• Communicate team updates and performance insights to the Sales Manager
• Build a team culture rooted in positivity, growth, and shared purpose
