Throughout the day, you'll process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. You'll identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services, maintain detailed records of interactions, and partner with internal teams to resolve more complex concerns. You'll also stay up to date through ongoing training and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding goals related to accuracy and member satisfaction. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Comfortable with numbers and using basic computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to reliability
