This role is for a Virtual Telemetry Monitor Technician working PRN Nights at Texas Health Plano. The technician will be responsible for setting up and using telemetry monitoring equipment, collecting and reporting patient information (rhythms/rate) accurately and timely, identifying and reporting abnormalities, and initiating actions for continuity of care. The role also involves serving as a patient advocate and assisting with documentation to meet hospital and regulatory requirements. Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano is a 386-bed, full-service hospital serving North Texas communities, offering a range of specialties and advanced technology. It is a Level II Trauma Facility with Level IV NICU and Level IV Maternal Facility designations, a DNV-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center, and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital is a four-time Magnet-designated facility and home to the DFW area's only AACN Beacon Gold adult intensive care unit. The hospital is currently undergoing expansion with a new patient tower and campus renovations.
