Founders Classical Academy is a public, tuition-free K–12 charter school rooted in the classical liberal arts tradition. Our vigorous academic program prepares students for success in school, work, and life. Our mission is to cultivate wisdom and virtue in students through the pursuit of truth, beauty, and goodness within a distinctly classical and character-forming environment. The Student Success Coordinator serves as the strategic and operational lead for student engagement, attendance, and success programming across JCA of Ohio, VPA of Ohio, and PCA of Ohio. This role ensures the consistent implementation of high-quality Student Success systems across all three schools, aligning to network expectations while adapting to each school’s unique student population. As a member of the administrative leadership team, the coordinator oversees Success Coaches, leads and develops onboarding and engagement programming, and partners closely with school leadership to remove barriers to student achievement. This role requires strong cross-school leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to build systems that drive measurable improvements in attendance, persistence, engagement, and academic outcomes.
