ICCU is seeking a Virtual Service Center Agent to help members manage their accounts, understand and qualify for various Credit Union products and services, and receive the service they need virtually. This role involves opening new accounts, answering questions, performing transactions via VideoChat, and communicating with members professionally via phone, text, and email. You will also interview and qualify members for loans, research and correct account problems, gather data and verification documents, and promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services. The role requires making recommendations based on members' financial pictures and goals, and keeping management informed of member needs and feedback.
