About The Position

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the friendly voice supporting families and providers in our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering exceptional customer care, and communicating with diverse populations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for callers seeking support and resources.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish (read, write, speak)
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience, especially with high call volume
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills (swift and accurate)
  • High reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
  • Compassionate, empathetic mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues

  • Associate Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Scheduling appointments and responding to client and provider inquiries
  • Providing general information on available community resources
  • Accurately gathering details and entering information into various databases
