About The Position

One Medical is seeking a full-time Virtual Nurse Practitioner to provide convenient, evidence-based virtual clinical care to patients in coordination with their primary care providers. The Virtual Medical Team delivers care around the clock through technology and a team-based approach. The role includes telehealth visits, telephone triage, video appointments, and email follow-ups, as well as collaboration with virtual and in-office teammates and ongoing clinical learning. The position is virtual and requires weekday and weekend availability, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday. Current shifts range from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST through 1 p.m. to midnight PST. The base hourly pay range is $59.10 to $65.50, plus evening and weekend differential; starting pay may vary based on experience, schedule, and qualifications.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited FNP program and national certification.
Within the past five years, at least two years of Advanced Practitioner experience in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), or at least two years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+).
Current licensure in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; every other Saturday and/or Sunday is required.
Excellent clinical and communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
Ability to use technology effectively to deliver high-quality care.
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
Ability to navigate uncertain situations, adapt behavior to patient needs, and engage in feedback and reflection.

Nice To Haves

For California-licensed candidates, 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred; willingness to obtain the required certification is noted.
