Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing; Georgia licensure is preferred.

- Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and patient communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Provide virtual nursing consultations and clinical guidance to patients and healthcare teams.

- Accurately document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care recommendations in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, medications, and wellness strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing telehealth support and case management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies.
