Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in good standing (Georgia licensure preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting
Experience with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and virtual care delivery
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload efficiently

Responsibilities

Provide virtual nursing consultations and clinical guidance to patients and healthcare teams
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care recommendations accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and wellness strategies
Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing telehealth support and case management
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies
