Requirements
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferable.
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems and programs.
- Strong attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in financial institutions a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in completing transactions, including opening new personal and business accounts, referring consumer, real estate and commercial loans.
- Identify loan needs and opportunities for new and existing members. Act as a key team player in member service by uncovering new opportunities during all member interactions.
- Assist in account maintenance, which can include stop payments, check orders, address changes, etc.
