About The Position

ProSidian seeks a Virtual Leadership Training Instructor for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. This role is hybrid, involving on-site and virtual delivery in the CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Virtual Delivery) across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region, supporting an Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment. The position aligns with the GSA Labor Category: Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II, with a preference for candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience. This is a professional services engagement focused on Human Capital Solutions for clients like the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). The role involves delivering virtual leadership learning solutions to enhance workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The Virtual Leadership Training program equips professionals with skills to lead, engage, and develop high-performing teams in remote and hybrid settings, focusing on building trust, accountability, engagement, and leveraging collaboration technologies. Participants will strengthen communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and performance management capabilities.

Requirements

5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Virtual Leadership Training Functional Area Activities
Facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, assessment
Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, customer focus
Integrates LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methodologies
Requires leadership development expertise, virtual team facilitation, remote workforce engagement, digital collaboration methods, and applied leadership exercises
NACI eligibility required
Supports USARC CPMO Civilian Leadership & Development Program
In-person and virtual delivery
Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office (advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio; and able to quickly learn other tools as needed)
