The company is hiring for REMOTE Full-Time Permanent Virtual Jewelry Sales & Service Experts (VJE) for June 2026 new hire classes. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect gift, build meaningful relationships, and host personal shopping appointments. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through chat, SMS text, and phone calls live or via scheduled appointments.
  • Offer expert advice on products and services, style consultations, and concierge shopping services.
  • Showcase merchandise online, sharing detailed information about features and benefits.
  • Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options.
  • Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude.
  • Conduct outreach to maintain long-lasting customer relationships and build a personal sales clientele.
