Requirements

  • Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Position prefers a minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
  • Clearance of criminal background and any other mandatory state/federal requirements.
  • Demonstrates adherence to and promotes the ethics and values outlined in the company and accrediting/licensing bodies Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance.
  • Consistently upholds and models a high level of Integrity in clinical services and team member interactions.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of current theory and evidence-based practice.
  • Proactively seeks supervision, consultation and continuing professional development to ensure knowledge and skills are maintained relative to position and clinical program delivery.

  • Demonstrates a high level of clinical skill in assessing the clinical needs of clients, determining appropriate interventions, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with client needs.
  • Demonstrates the ability to develop and implement evidence-informed care plans that promote clinical excellence throughout the client-centered continuum of care. Care plans outline necessary steps, identified collaboratively with the care team, to achieve objectives identified in the biopsychosocial assessment. Leverages evidence-informed, clinically excellent treatment interventions.
  • Demonstrates the ability to appropriately advocate for the needs and interest of clients and families; promotes clinical excellence through quality improvement initiatives, improved outcomes, access to care, and service delivery.
  • Demonstrate the ability to promote cross functional collaboration among team members and referral partners to support and enhance clinical service delivery and support.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the needs of clients throughout the treatment process, to include administrative support.
  • Supports the admissions process, to include client orientation.
  • Supports business office functions related to payment collections and records maintenance.
  • Greets clients at the beginning of the day, running morning intentions group with clients.
  • Provides a high level of customer service to clients, families, and clinical partners throughout the treatment process.
  • Follows up with all clients after leaving treatment on a regular basis, ensuring access to needed resources are offered.
  • Manages issues related to FMLA, EAP, Disability, Legal, Financial, Personal Therapy, etc.
  • Coordinates communication with clinical partners in facilitation of admissions process and ongoing client care.
  • Provides group facilitation, as needed, and directed by clinical leadership.
  • Supports clinical team with group/schedule coordination, discharge planning, and records maintenance.
  • Supports client communication and feedback initiatives, to include satisfaction surveys and Google Reviews.
  • Helps schedule medical and provider appointments while in treatment.
  • Supports and participates in interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Coordinates support groups as needed.
  • Functions within the guidelines of the Company’s Code of Ethics and in accordance with corporate compliance.
  • Conducts chart audits following program policy timelines, as requested.
  • Consistently arrives to work on time, rarely missing scheduled shifts, and promptly notifies supervisor when absent.
  • Demonstrates an ability to adapt to changes in function, management styles, and routines.
  • Reads, understands, adheres to, and models all company policy statements on ethics, conduct, and conflict of interests.
  • Adheres to policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, implementing regularly.
  • Maintains positive attitude and acts as a team player with others on the treatment team.
  • Attends and completes all training within assigned time frames as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
