Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience required for Project Manager (Mechanical HVAC).
- Minimum of two years’ experience required for CDL Drivers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean three-year record and CDL Class B with air brake endorsement required for CDL Drivers.
- Strong organization, self-motivation, and work ethic are important for Warehouse Assistants.
Nice To Haves
- Picking and forklift experience are a plus for Warehouse Assistants.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, driving safety, schedule, cost, client satisfaction, and team coordination.
- Transport, load, and unload materials for Mechanical HVAC job sites across Central NJ and Eastern PA.
- Support daily warehouse operations, including order pulling, restocking, tool management, and inventory.
