About The Position
AO (American Income Division) is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join their team as Virtual Insurance Specialists. This is a 100% remote position for U.S. Residents only. In this role, you will work directly with clients who have requested information about their benefits, helping them understand their coverage options while providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support. AO provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and support, making prior insurance experience unnecessary. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Explain products, services, and policy information clearly and professionally
- Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
- Build long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in structured virtual training and mentorship
- Attend leadership development workshops and coaching sessions
- Stay current on products, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Develop communication, customer service, and leadership skills
