About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking Virtual Insurance Advisors to help clients understand important coverage options for themselves and their families. Our team works remotely, receives ongoing training, and is supported by daily coaching and warm client leads. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, values flexibility, and wants a performance-based career with no cap on earnings.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide your own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Enjoys working directly with people
• Is dependable, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Pays attention to details
• Learns computer systems quickly
• Can perform well independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients who have requested information
• Learn about their insurance and financial protection needs
• Present life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
• Schedule appointments and follow up professionally
