About The Position

This is an outpatient-only APP position with no nights or weekends, offering a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. with 4.5 clinic days per week and 0.5 dedicated administrative day. The role involves one inpatient holiday per year and an approximate patient volume of 14 patients per day. The APP will provide outpatient gastroenterology care to adult patients, collaborate closely with supervising physicians and APP colleagues, and participate in team-based care delivery and clinical coordination. The practice environment is the Kenilworth office, with a local team of 8 physicians and 5 APPs, and a larger group of 27 physicians and 27 APPs across the practice. The position offers supportive leadership, experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a growing metropolitan area. Training and support will be provided for PEG tube exchanges.

Requirements

• Certified Physician Assistant or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
• North Carolina licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum of 2 years of APP experience required (no new grads)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
