About The Position

Thrivent is seeking a Virtual Financial Advisor to join their team in Denver, Colorado. This hybrid role involves providing purpose-based advice on investments, insurance, banking, and generosity to clients, empowering them to achieve greater financial confidence. The advisor will re-engage existing clients through virtual appointments (phone, shared screens, video) and also serve their natural market. The role offers a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong foundation in sales and client service, with opportunities for growth within 18-24 months. Training and colleague connections will occur in the office up to 3 days per week, with remote work on other days.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days.
• State insurance licensed and appointed in life, health and variable lines of authority or obtained within 90 days.
• Eligibility to be securities registered and insurance licensed in all 50 states.
• Satisfactory background check (criminal and financial).

• Engage with a large existing client base and serve friends, family, and natural market.
