As a Virtual Financial Advisor, you will provide purpose-based advice on investments, insurance, banking, and generosity. This role involves re-engaging existing Thrivent clients who haven't recently worked with a financial professional, proactively scheduling and holding virtual appointments via phone, shared screens, and video. You will also have the opportunity to serve your own natural market. Thrivent offers robust advice frameworks, a commitment to community engagement, and a collaborative team environment. Within 18-24 months, you'll be prepared to join a local team or build your own practice. This is a hybrid role, requiring virtual client meetings and in-office training/collaboration up to 3 days per week, with remote work on other days.
