Requirements

  • Candidates must be located in Texas or Oklahoma
  • Internal Candidates must have at least one (1) year of previous experience as a finance manager to apply
  • Experience with: CDK
  • Experience with: Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with: Darwin
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Valid Driver’s license with clean MVR
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual is a plus!
  • Luxury brand experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Prior high-volume Automotive Finance Manger experience
  • Ability to work fully remote from a quiet, interruption-free workspace
  • Comfort with recorded virtual customer interactions
  • Strong focus on VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetration
  • Serve customers across multiple dealerships to include Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz and Subaru
  • Deliver compliant, professional, and high-performing virtual F&I presentations
  • Focused on profitability, clean contracts, and funding efficiency
