About The Position
Cavender Auto Family is seeking a proven, high-performing Automotive Finance Manager to support its growing luxury portfolio. This performance-driven role serves customers across six luxury brands: Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, and Subaru. The Finance Manager delivers compliant F&I presentations, maximizes product performance while protecting deal integrity, maintains lender relationships, and ensures clean funding. The company describes the opportunity as suited to a disciplined, high-producing professional who takes ownership of performance and values structure, excellence, and clean execution. Requirements
- Proven high-volume Automotive Finance Manager experience.
- A strong track record of VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetration.
- High attention to detail and compliance discipline.
- Professional presence and strong communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
- Ability to pass background, credit, and drug screening.
- Applicants must be located in Texas or Oklahoma.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CDK, Darwin, Elead, and Excel.
- Luxury brand experience.
- Bilingual Spanish/English.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, compliant, high-performing F&I presentations.
- Maximize product performance while protecting deal integrity.
- Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure clean funding.
- Serve customers across Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, and Subaru.
- Represent the Cavender Auto Family brand with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain strong PRU and volume performance, with stated success targets of $3,500+ profit per deal and 65%+ VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetrations.
- Deliver clean contracts with minimal funding issues and take ownership of performance.
