Virtual Event Producer
About The Position
Momentive Software is seeking a Virtual Event Producer to join their Virtual Events team. This role involves understanding client visions, managing pre-event preparation, live event facilitation, and post-event recording production. The producer will also assist with connecting and training presenters, troubleshooting technical issues, reading scripts live, and ensuring quality audio/video for live events and recordings. Additionally, the role includes operational support such as maintaining quality records, updating SOPs, and building strong client relationships through effective communication and adherence to timelines. Success in the first 90 days involves effectively producing client events with professionalism and participating in internal discussions about product improvement, operations, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience facilitating virtual events; Zoom and Adobe Connect preferred
- Experience with A/V production tools and techniques, including editing; Adobe Premiere Pro experience preferred
- Highly technical; aptitude to learn new software quickly and independently
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fierce attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills; project management experience a plus
- Ability to work with colleagues across multiple time zones and cultures
- Flexible schedule: facilitation of monthly events in European time zones required

Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ vision of the event, manage pre-event preparation, live event facilitation, and post-event recording production
- Assist with connecting and training presenters on the platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
- Clearly and accurately read scripts publicly on live virtual events
- Ensure quality audio and video for the live virtual event and recording
- Create archive recordings to be used by the client for future trainings
- Maintain accurate quality records and updated SOPs
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and adhering to established timelines
