About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, mission-driven role supporting individuals and families across the United States with supplemental benefits. The position is suited to people interested in a service-first career, including recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications. Training, mentorship, inbound client leads, and licensing guidance are provided. The work includes virtual client consultations, presenting benefit options, supporting enrollment, maintaining accurate digital records, and building long-term client relationships. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Candidates must complete required training and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities. Pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements are at the candidate’s expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding. No prior insurance experience is required. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Have a service-minded, mission-driven attitude.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be comfortable participating in virtual meetings and using digital tools.
Be able to obtain any necessary professional licensing.
Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
