About The Position

Pepper Construction is looking for qualified, intelligent students with a passion for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) technology to experience life with a commercial general contractor. You will work directly with many aspects of VDC, including but not limited to supporting design model coordination, visualization, and learning BIM processes. You will also be involved in training sessions, jobsite tours and safety. You will gain hands-on experience with a reputable general contractor in the Indianapolis Area.

Requirements

• Current college student entering their Sophomore, Junior or Senior year studying Architecture, Virtual Construction Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a similar discipline during the 2026/27 school year.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technology
• Ability to work independently while still contributing and collaborating in a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to and from work-related activities and assignments
