About The Position

We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Virtual Customer Service / Sales Associate to deliver outstanding support to customers while facilitating sales activities in a remote setting. This position demands excellent communication skills, the capability to foster customer relationships, and the ability to recognize customer needs while offering solutions that enhance satisfaction and boost sales.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales experience preferred.
Previous customer service, call center, retail, or sales experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable using computers, CRM software, email, chat platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience with upselling, cross-selling, or consultative sales.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
Ability to learn new software and product information quickly.
Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other virtual communication platforms.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, and policies.
Assist customers with product selection, purchases, account questions, and order support.
Identify sales opportunities and recommend products or services based on customer needs.
Process sales transactions, orders, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain detailed customer records and update information in CRM systems.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Meet or exceed customer service and sales performance goals.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and sales results.
