About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring Financial Services Representatives to support clients seeking life, accident, and supplemental health insurance. This remote opportunity gives you the training, tools, warm leads, and mentorship needed to begin building a successful sales career. You will work directly with clients to understand their concerns, educate them on available options, and help them move forward with confidence.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Customer service mindset
- Confidence using technology

- Initiative and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work well in a remote team environment
- Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
