Requirements

- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through phone and Zoom consultations
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Provide support, guidance, and benefit information to clients
- Assist clients through enrollment and service processes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions
- Work independently while collaborating within a supportive remote team environment
