About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, friendly, and service-oriented individuals to join their expanding virtual team as Virtual Client Care Representatives. In this position, you will connect with working families, veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and eligible association members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments. You will help clients understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, answer questions, identify coverage needs, provide appropriate recommendations once licensed, assist with electronic enrollment, and maintain long-term client relationships. This opportunity combines customer service, benefits education, client relationship management, and consultative insurance sales. Whether you're entering the workforce, returning after time away, or exploring a career change, we provide structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
