About The Position

AO South | Globe Life is seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing virtual team as Virtual Client Care Advisors. In this position, you'll connect with working families and eligible members through Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. You'll answer questions, learn about individual protection needs, explain coverage options, assist with enrollment once licensed, and provide ongoing client support. This position combines customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales. Whether you're entering the workforce, changing careers, or bringing experience from another industry, we provide training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. No previous insurance experience is required to apply. This is a client-facing insurance sales and service role—not an hourly administrative or inbound-only customer-service position.
