About The Position
The role is for an Elementary Case Manager/Compliance Coordinator. The caseload is approximately 55 IEPs and 12 504s. This is a fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity. Fullmind partners with hundreds of U.S. schools to ensure every child has access to education. We fill teacher vacancies by live-streaming certified educators directly to students. As a Fullmind educator, you’ll deliver virtual instruction and guide students to course completion!
Requirements
- Valid Connecticut teacher certification in SPED is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
- Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.

- Prior online teaching experience is a plus!

- Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
- Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships.
- Create lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
- Keep track of student grades and performance
