Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist – LCSW or LPC
About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time therapists to provide therapy services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. You will develop and monitor treatment plans, provide therapy services, connect patients with essential community resources, and document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time. You will also use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care. Requirements
- Active LCSW / LPC license in Virginia required
- 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours.
- Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages, but a minimum of ages 13+
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
