About The Position
Partnership Health Center (PHC), part of the Integrity health system, is an innovative facility dedicated to health excellence. Each center serves a specific employer and their employees, combining on-site primary care with fitness/wellness counseling. With an emphasis on screenings, early intervention, and fitness counseling, PHC embodies the motto “Repair & Prevent.” This role is located in Williamsport, PA, and is open exclusively to employees of Lycoming County. The center also offers on-site Family Medicine, X-ray, Pharmacy, Physical therapy, and Chiropractic services.
Requirements
- LCSW or LPC license in Pennsylvania
Responsibilities
- Independently counsel patients for substance abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, etc.
