About The Position
Provide professional counseling services to Opportunity for Hope Clinic patients. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, building strong relationships with clients, and providing a safe, supportive environment for them to express their feelings and concerns. The therapist will also consult with other Mental Health team staff and respond to emergency situations as needed.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or LPC-IT (state of Wisconsin)
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insured vehicle available for daily use
Responsibilities
- Provide professional counseling services to Opportunity for Hope Clinic patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of each client
- Build strong relationships with patients
- Provide a safe, supportive environment for patients to express their feelings and concerns
- Consult with other Mental Health team staff and respond to emergency situations if deemed appropriate in a client plan
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record and insured vehicle available for daily use
- Download and use a company email application on personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) for cybersecurity.
