About The Position

Airport Express Shuttle, Inc. is seeking a diligent and professional Virtual Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At Airport Express Shuttle, Inc., we provide friendly, affordable, and convenient shared-ride airport shuttle services, making travel easier for our customers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations by providing outstanding administrative and customer service support from a remote location. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Please note that while this is a remote position, the role requires working hours aligned with our core operations in the Pacific Time Zone (San Francisco).

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other common remote working tools.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a high degree of professionalism and reliability.
  • Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace and a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the transport or travel industry is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer support by responding to enquiries via email, phone, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage all aspects of the booking process, including new reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with our team of drivers to ensure schedules are accurate and that pickups and drop-offs are seamless.
  • Maintain and update customer information accurately within our company database.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, report generation, and supporting the management team as required.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Assist with the processing of payments and the management of invoices.
