Requirements

Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other common collaboration tools such as Google Workspace.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
A high level of discretion and a strong understanding of confidentiality.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment.

Responsibilities

Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often across different time zones.
Handling and filtering email correspondence, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
Organising and maintaining digital files and records, ensuring information is secure and easily accessible.
Conducting research on various topics as required by the team.
Assisting with the coordination of virtual events and team meetings, including minute-taking.
Providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the organisation.
