About The Position

Making every guest experience a thrill from start to finish! As a VIP Tour Guide you will deliver personalized, exceptional experiences for VIP guests throughout their visit. Build rapport with gueststo understand their preferences and expectations, then provide attentive, professional service throughout their tour. Manage customized itineraries, anticipate guest needs, and coordinate attractions, dining, and park logistics to create a seamless and memorable experience.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid Georgia Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
Demonstrate a commitment to providing World-Class Service to every guest.
Display strong initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Possess excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Remain calm, professional, and responsive in stressful or emergency situations.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and follow all applicable safety procedures.
Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and coordinate guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Welcome and personally meet guests upon arrival, creating a warm and memorable first impression.
Escort VIP guests throughout the park and manage their experience from start to finish.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively accommodate requests and preferences.
Coordinate restaurant and attraction reservations when applicable.
Consistently exceed guest expectations through exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and personalized service.
Perform additional duties as assigned to help ensure every visit is a "ride” worth remembering.
