VIP Server - Full Time, Laurel Lounge (Tropicana Atlantic City)
About The Position
Greets each guest in a friendly manner upon their arrival. Obtains the drink order from guest and presents the drink order to the Bartender. Delivers drink to the guest in a timely and professional manner. Returns to each assigned table periodically to see if guest desires additional service. Responsible for removing dirty dishes, glasses, silverware and soiled paper goods and wipes table clean. Resets the table for the next arriving party. Maintains a clean station at all times and completes side work during shift. Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines and as outlined in serv safe certification.
Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform job
- CER license is required
Nice To Haves
- One-year prior food and beverage server experience preferred
