About The Position
Coordinates guest seating in theater and other entertainment venues. May perform other duties as assigned. Promotes positive customer relations by providing Family Style Service at all times. $22.00 Per Hour
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a food server.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to physically navigate a 2000 seat theatre.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service to patrons entering the Showroom.
