About The Position

Greets each guest in a friendly manner upon their arrival. Obtains the drink order from guest and presents the drink order to the Bartender. May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform job
• Ability to carry tray and stand for long periods of time
• CER license is required

Nice To Haves

• One-year prior food and beverage server experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers drink to the guest in a timely and professional manner
• Returns to each assigned table periodically to see if guest desires additional service
• Responsible for removing dirty dishes, glasses, silverware and soiled paper goods and wipes table clean.
• Resets the table for the next arriving party.
• Maintains a clean station at all times and completes side work during shift.
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines and as outlined in serv safe certification
