About The Position
Assists Cooks in any kitchen or food station in the preparation of food product. Provides Family Style Service at all times. May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Culinary training or equivalent experience required.
- Must have two years experience in culinary, preferably high volume environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma preferred
Responsibilities
- Must be familiar with kitchen equipment.
- Assists with line food service.
- Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations.
- Regular attendance for scheduled work required.
- Required to perform the Customer Service Standards of the Department.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
